Colorado Pro Inspect is now using computer software as the platform for providing clients with there inspection reports. There are many advantages to using this type of system. Below is a list of the services that we provide via this platform.
- The report is much more precise and educational, allowing me to be extemely precise with location and additional information regarding a problem or issue.
- The report is very easy to read and understand, allowing complete understanding of any issues discovered during the home inspection.
- We provide pictures and diagrams pertaining to problems found throughout the home.
- We provide overview pictures of the home, kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, etc.....
- We have the option of delivering it onsite, via email or the web, on CD-ROM, or all three.
- The ability to share the report among individuals is unlimited. If the buyer is not going to be present, or the mortgage company needs a copy, it will be very simple and fast to provide them with the full report.
- Realtors who are used to receiving a general summary or overview will continue to receive that, only now it will not only provide a simplified list of the items that warrant attention, but also include specifics and pictures.
- The report will be offered onsite with a homeowners handbook, glossary of terms, NACHI standards of practice and code of ethics, and a pre-closing checklist. This is delivered in a very professional NACHI three ring binder.
- The software exceeds state guidlines and requirements pertaining to home inspections and is editable to almost any configuration possible.
